To place a rental order:

A security deposit and a Missouri drivers license or picture I.D. are required for all rental items.

Methods of payment are: Cash, Missouri checks with a valid driver’s license and all major credit cards.

In some instances a credit card authorization will be required for security deposit.

All delivery rates are based on a first floor delivery, during normal business hours.  For deliveries other than ground floor or after normal hours, call for additional costs.  Delivery charges vary based on geographical area.

Unless credit has been established, all party rentals must be secured by a 50% nonrefundable deposit at time of order.

Final payment is required prior to delivery or at the time of customer pickup.

All rental equipment must be broken down upon pick up unless prior arrangements have been made.  All china, flatware, and glassware must be rinsed clean before returning otherwise rental is subject to a 50% cleaning charge.

Costume reservations will be taken in person at the store only.  No web or phone orders will be accepted.
